Upgrading 90 showrooms with a shop-in-shop concept.
The new brand identity – ‘serious about fun’ – is the foundation for this concept. Both Suzuki’s Dutch motorbike and car showrooms were well overdue for an update.
With subtle call-backs to Japanese architecture, this concept was designed with functional features that added a touch of warmth and professionalism.
Project management centred around local, sequenced production and phased delivery. The goal was to be more flexible and faster than the standard international approach often seen in the automotive industry.
With a carefully planned roll-out and an order portal to match, we’re now fully in the implementation phase.
