We’ve won a pitch to create shop-in-shop displays for a long list of bicycle shops in Germany. We’re entrusting this fantastic project to a:
German-speaking project manager (32-40 hours). In addition to this project, you’ll also be in charge of supervising two similar projects. You’ll coordinate production and throw in ideas on every aspect of this project, from packaging and assembly to the various logistical challenges. You’ll maintain great relationships with the client, the bicycle shops, and our suppliers.
We’ll also put you to work on other projects. We’ll give you the tools and training to succeed, then let you have all the space and freedom you need. Once a design is ready, you’ll play a key role in handling specs, calculations, joint technical development, orders, and communication with suppliers. Your adventure has begun and only ends when we’ve delivered, whether that’s an experience centre or a stand.
You’ll collaborate with the team on high-profile projects. At Pitchkoff, we like shaking things up, so that should fit your personality.
What should you bring to the table?
- The ability to think and work at a college or university level (MBO+ or HBO)
- Relevant experience in retail or creative business services
- Determination and a healthy dose of humour
- Perseverance and practicality
- A love of structure and overview
- Good command of Dutch and German (English is a plus)

3D designer (32-40 hours)
You’ll design stands for regional and international trade fairs, experience centres, shop-in-shop concepts, and everything in between. You’ll be there for almost every phase: from concept design, design development, and detail design to graphic design. And because Pitchkoff likes to push boundaries, we love it when you seek out and understand the ‘story’ behind the brief. And obviously you’ll then follow that up with a high-profile concept and great renders.
You’ll work closely with the commercial side and project management, but that doesn’t mean you’ll just design things the way they want it. You’ll have the space and freedom to discover what works best for us, and for you.
What should you bring to the table?
- An education as a spatial designer, game designer, or in another creative field
- A great portfolio of retail, interior design, and/or temporary brand experiences for amazing brands
- A level head and good overview around deadlines and multiple projects running simultaneously
- Super skills in rendering and design software like 3d MAX, Sketchup, Vectorworks, Cinema 4D etc.
- Penchant for animation, VR, AR, and real-time rendering
- Knowledge of and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- A good sense of humour
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Technical skills and a feel for construction
- Material expertise and the drive to stay current
