Back for more
Remeha, a leading manufacturer of heating and hot water systems, asked us to design an eye-catching and innovative exhibition stand for the VSK Fair in Utrecht.
After the success - despite the particular challenges of their 2020 stand - Remeha wanted to push the boundaries again and create a stand that was not only functional, but would also convey a powerful statement about the energy transition.
Pleased to meet you
Pitchkoff wanted to create a stand that embodied the energy transition. The goal was to design a space where visitors could not only see Remeha's products, but also experience the brand's vision and future plans. The stand had to exude innovation while providing a warm, inviting atmosphere in keeping with Remeha's values.
Forms with function
We started with extensive brainstorming sessions together with Studio Fraaj, just like in 2020. With less time pressure than the last time, we could let our creativity run free. In the design phase, the initial concept was fleshed out, with a primary focus on storytelling and secondary focus on building materials. We made the case for a logical flow through the different sections of the stand.
We developed detailed sketches and 3D models so that every stakeholder knew exactly what the end result would be at the very beginning of the development process. Remeha gave us the freedom to develop the stand in detail without making any concessions to our creative vision.
The stand proved to be a great success. Visitors were not only attracted by the innovative design, but were also actively involved in Remeha's vision of energy transition. This led to praise from both visitors and colleagues.
Truly smart lighting
Old expansion vessels were given a second life as pendant lights.
Very little wastage
The bar was made of used packaging material.
Old but wood
The wooden materials were donated to an MBO school afterwards.
When completing a large project like this, working with an experienced event manager from Remeha is very enjoyable.
