Small is beautiful
Centraal Beheer, a prominent player in the financial sector, attends financial conferences an average of three times a year, usually at smaller venues. These events provide the perfect opportunity to meet intermediaries and catch up on mortgages and other financial services. Pitchkoff was asked to develop a trade show stand for commercial talks in an approachable and personal way.

Pitchkoff developed a modular stand concept for Central Management that can be flexibly deployed in various setups: small or large, rectangular or square. The goal was to make it as pleasant and easy as possible for visitors. The stand offers numerous facilities such as phone chargers, FEBO-style snack machines, lockers for storing personal belongings, refreshment facilities and a beverage corner. There is of course also space for consultations with advisors. A striking green telephone, referring to the famous slogan “Just call Apeldoorn,” is an iconic element of the stand.
Success assured
The design of the stand was characterised by arches that connect the various elements. Green LED lighting provided a fresh look, while the angled arrangement of the units gave the stand a dynamic and active atmosphere. All the elements were reusable and were stored between the conferences. Pitchkoff ensured seamless integration of all the components and supported the process from design to implementation. This included planning and coordinating the on-site set-up, setting up the facilities and ensuring the brand consistency of Centraal Beheer.
